OEF welcomes and encourages all members of the community, postulants, inquirers, and guests to attend our annual Chapter/Convocation.
Scholarships are available by request. Please contact the treasurer for details and arrangements.
The estimated cost of chapter/convocation 2008 will be $9200.00. The fee per person for chapter is estimated on the basis that all are equally able to absorb the same financial burden. Please help offset the cost of chapter fees for our siblings who are unable to attend Chapter without scholarship assistance. Please donate as generously as possible to our Restricted for Chapter-Scholarship Fund.
All cancellations are subjected to $25 non refundable deposit. Refunds on cancellations are subjected to a fair and equitable pro rated rate.
Fee includes: Registration/Reservation accommodation for one (1) person for 4days/3nights including meals. OEF discourages late arrivals or early departures, come be with us fully!
