Shut the door of you room, call your beloved Jesus to you, and stay there with Him.

Jesus, through Mary our Holy Mother, all I am and all I have is yours. Amen.


Let us remain in the presence of the Prince of Peace for a time.

e.g.

Find a quiet place. Sit upright and relaxed. Gently close your eyes. Silently begin to say a word or short phrase (mantra). The work "Ma-ra-na-tha", meaning "Come Lord", is recommended. Listen to the sound as you say it, gently and continuously. Do no think or imagine anything--spiritual or otherwise. If thoughts come,keep returning to simply saying the mantra. Meditate each morning and evening for twenty to thirty minutes.


Let us pray for ourselves and others:
